Did Jesus ever experience genuine human limitations and emotions in a way that made it possible for Him to relate to our human life? I love this question; yeah, so we see in a couple of verses in the New Testament where Jesus did express some sadness, frustration, even anger, which shows that He has some human feelings; John 11, the shortest verse in the Bible, it says that Jesus wept; He also got mad when He came to the temple and people were acting foolish in it and He flipped the table; we see in 1 Peter 2:25 that Jesus is the overseer and shepherd of our souls, so in human emotions He does care for our feelings and He’s actually able to empathize with us because that’s how human He is; I think there have been times where I’ve been in situations where I’m in deep sadness or just frustration, and I can sense within me that He’s sitting there with me being frustrated; my grandfather passed away, for example, and He’s just sitting there waiting for me and embracing me in my sadness and sitting with me because He also feels the sadness that I’m feeling, because He also agrees with me that someone that I love and also that He loves has passed; and I think one of the most beautiful things that we can experience right now, when we go through these human emotions, is that the Lord is there to look at and be there with you in these feelings as well, and I think that’s really beautiful
